A NEW TIGER FOR WOODBERRY ?
Natalie Lewis, veteran stone carving teacher and 30+ year patron of Woodberry Forest School is currently working on a 13 ft. tiger model as part of her continuing expression of commitment to the school. Currently, the model is nearing completion and will be cast with funding provided by a consortium of her former students and other WFS Alumni. The pictures within were taken in September 2003 at her residence and studio in Flint Hill, VA. AcanthusArts.org will be closely following the piece through the fundraising and casting process.
